• TradingView Indicator Access – granting users access to our proprietary indicator via the TradingView platform.
• Telegram Alerts Channel – a private channel where users receive alerts based on indicator signals.

Access is granted after successful payment and is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Payment

We accept payments through:

• Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards)
• Cryptocurrency (manual processing)

By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional circumstances, solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet our criteria for exceptional cases.

4. User Obligations

You agree:

• Not to resell, share, or redistribute access to the indicator or Telegram channel.
• Not to attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any part of our product.
• That all access is personal and tied to your TradingView and Telegram accounts only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if any misuse is detected.

5. No Financial Advice – Disclaimer

The information, signals, and alerts provided via the TradingView indicator and Telegram channel are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

Trading and investing involve risk and you are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the information we provide. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property, including but not limited to indicators, code, alert logic, and branding, are the property of HEATED MASTER LTD and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms. No refunds will be issued for access revoked due to violation of our terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
